Compensation Analyst

Collaborating with HR team and other relevant departments to gather necessary data and information for compensation analysis. Developing and implementing compensation programs and strategies that align with company goals and objectives. Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation. Conducting market research and benchmarking to ensure Intel's compensation packages are competitive and attractive. Providing guidance and recommendations to HR team and managers on compensation-related issues, such as promotions, bonuses, and salary adjustments. Maintaining and updating job descriptions and salary structures as needed. Reviewing and analyzing compensation trends within the company and making necessary adjustments to ensure fairness and equity. Communicating and educating employees on the company's compensation philosophy and policies.
