Are you an LCSWA who already enjoys your full-time position but wants to build a small, sustainable private practice caseload on the side?

Truthful Reflections Counseling is seeking a compassionate, motivated clinician interested in providing evening and weekend telehealth therapy services to adults navigating anxiety, burnout, chronic stress, trauma, and major life transitions.

This position is ideal for a therapist who wants 5–7 sessions per week without the pressure of agency-level productivity requirements.

We’re a growing private practice that values authenticity, connection, and creating a space where both clients and clinicians can show up as their full selves.

Position Details

• Independent contractor position
• Telehealth only
• Evening and weekend availability required
• Minimum availability of two evenings and one weekend day
• Target caseload of 8–10 clients
• Expected weekly caseload of 5–7 sessions
• Flexible scheduling
• Compensation of $45 per completed session

Client Population

Our practice primarily serves adults ages 25–50 experiencing:

• Anxiety
• Burnout
• Chronic stress
• Trauma
• Identity concerns
• Life transitions
• Relationship concerns

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy through a secure telehealth platform
• Complete documentation within established time frames
• Maintain ethical and professional standards
• Participate in case consultation as needed
• Communicate effectively regarding scheduling and client care

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina LCSWA license
• Master’s degree in social work from an accredited program
• Ability to work independently
• Strong clinical documentation skills
• Experience providing therapy to adults preferred

Insurance & Credentialing

• Insurance panels available through Aetna and Blue Cross Blue Shield
• Credentialing support is provided
• Please note that the credentialing process typically takes 60–90 days before a clinician can begin seeing insurance clients
• Contractor supervision is not included
