Databricks Genie Specialist

We are seeking a Databricks Genie Specialist focused on building agentic AI workflows, enterprise copilots, and automated business processes. You will work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver next-generation AI automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build Genie agents for workflow automation, copilots, and enterprise tasks.
• Design agentic AI architectures using Databricks Workflows, Delta Lake, and Genie pipelines.
• Implement retrieval pipelines, context orchestration, and multi-agent systems.
• Integrate Genie agents with enterprise systems (APIs, databases, SaaS tools).
• Optimize agent performance, reliability, and safety.
• Build monitoring dashboards for agent behavior, drift, and performance.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure high-quality data inputs.
• Work with product teams to design user-facing AI experiences.

Required Skills:

• 8-10+ years in data engineering, ML engineering, or AI automation
• Must have hands-on project experience with Databricks Genie, agentic AI, LLM orchestration
• Strong knowledge of Spark, Delta Lake, Python, SQL
• Experience building workflow automation or enterprise copilots

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with LangChain agents, Mosaic AI, or LlamaIndex
• Background in enterprise automation or RPA
• Experience integrating AI with SaaS platforms (Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.)
