Job Overview and Responsibilities

As a Remote Recruiting Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing seamless and productive virtual and on-site interview plans, from start to finish, while creating a positive experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will be essential in driving success in this role.

  • Coordinate and execute consistent and productive virtual and on-site interview plans, from start to finish, while making a positive encounter for competitors, scouts, and employing groups
  • Communicate with applicants gathering availability and informing them regarding their interview schedule, logistics, and so forth
  • Manage heavy scheduling including planning virtual offsite and on-site interviews
  • Coordinate candidate travel and accommodations, answer questions, and investigate issues as they emerge
  • Collaborate with recruitment specialists and hiring teams to ensure an exceptional candidate experience
  • Coordinate interview shadowing for new interviewers
  • Collect scheduling reports that summarize private and group metrics
  • Perform various tasks effectively, quickly, and accurately in a fast-paced workplace
  • Maintain an elevated level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, be comfortable with ambiguity and multitasking, and have proficiency in the Google suite of applications and recruitment tools like Greenhouse, GoodTime, and Preface, as well as other global ATS and scheduling programs.

  • Okay with ambiguity and performing various tasks
  • Capability in the Google set-up of applications and Selecting devices like Nursery, GoodTime, Preface as well as other worldwide ATS and planning programs
  • A need to keep moving and incredible tender loving care to convey results for the business while functioning as a feature of a group
  • Capacity to work cooperatively with all levels and jobs inside the association

Preferred Qualifications and Experience
