We are hiring a virtual Workforce Manager (TIME) Implementation Consultant with 4+ years of ADP Workforce Manager and/or UKG Dimensions experience.. Role: Workforce Manager (TIME) Implementation Consultant Location: RemoteContract role Requirements Gathering and Analysis<ul><li>Analyze client business practices, existing timekeeping methods, and policy rules.</li><li>Map current rules for shifts, overtime, accruals, and breaks into software parameters.</li><li>Identify interface and data requirements between time tracking, HR, and payroll.</li></ul> System Configuration<ul><li>Configure pay rules, rounding rules, holiday schedules, and accrual policies</li><li>Set up security profiles, employee/manager roles, and approval workflows.</li><li>Build customized templates, data collection groups, or work rules.</li></ul>Testing and Validation<ul><li>Perform unit testing and end-to-end system testing on configured time rules.</li><li>Verify that time calculations, punches, and interface files pass defined test cases.</li><li>Troubleshoot configuration gaps or calculation errors before launch.</li></ul>Client Training and Onboarding<ul><li>Deliver product walkthroughs and training sessions to build client confidence.</li><li>Educate administrators and managers on daily timecard management and reporting.</li><li>Support user adoption and address administrative or configuration roadblocks.</li></ul><li></li>Project Coordination and Support<ul><li>Manage multiple project timelines, milestones, and deliverables simultaneously.</li><li>Partner internally with sales, service, and technical engineering teams.</li><li>Provide post-go-live stabilization support before transitioning the account to standard customer care.</li></ul> Any experience with ADP WFN, Lyric, or Globalview would be a huge plus.
