Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Teleneurology

UCHealth Medical Group is seeking an enthusiastic Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join their growing Teleneurology team. This full-time virtual health position focuses on delivering excellent patient care within a physician-led organization that employs nearly 2,000 providers. Compensation

  • The pay range for this full-time position is $115,000 - $150,765 annually
  • Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience
  • A productivity incentive may be offered for this position

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of clinical neurology experience required
  • No visa sponsorship available
  • For Physician Assistants: Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies
  • For Physician Assistants: Unrestricted license to practice as a Physician Assistant in the State of Colorado
  • For Physician Assistants: Physician Assistant Certification (PA-C) issued by the NCCPA is required for hire and must be maintained throughout employment
  • For Physician Assistants: Unrestricted Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) permit to prescribe all medications commonly prescribed in the course of practice
  • For Physician Assistants: Eligible to provide services, reimbursable services, and maintain provider status with Medicare and Medicaid
  • For Physician Assistants: Eligible to provide services with no sanctions or exclusion from either the HHS/OIG or the GSA's List of Parties Excluded from Federal Programs
  • For Physician Assistants: Unrestricted medical staff membership, with appropriate practice privileges
  • For Physician Assistants: Prescriptive authority as appropriate, per medical staff service privileging process
  • For Physician Assistants: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross
  • For Nurse Practitioners: Full or provisional prescriptive authority eligibility is required; Provider must apply for prescriptive authority as a condition of employment
  • For Nurse Practitioners: Master's degree in Nursing and graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
  • For Nurse Practitioners: Nurse Practitioner Certification issued by the ANCC or AANPCB is required for hire and must be maintained throughout employment
  • For Nurse Practitioners: Unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license issued by the State Board of Nursing in the state of practice or compact privileges under the multi-state Nurse Licensure Compact agreement
  • For Nurse Practitioners: Unrestricted medical staff membership, with appropriate practice privileges
  • For Nurse Practitioners: Unrestricted Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) permit to prescribe all medications commonly prescribed in the course of practice
  • For Nurse Practitioners: Eligible to provide services, reimbursable services, and maintain provider status with Medicare and Medicaid
