Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Scalence L.L.C. is seeking a Custom Software Engineer to develop software solutions using modern frameworks and agile practices. The role involves designing and enhancing system components, collaborating across teams, applying deep technical expertise, guiding team members, and aligning technical solutions with business needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, taking responsibility for team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams
- Apply deep technical knowledge to design and implement robust software components that meet business requirements
- Support and guide team members by sharing expertise and fostering a collaborative environment
- Analyze complex challenges and propose innovative solutions that improve system performance and reliability
- Engage with stakeholders to align technical approaches with business goals and project timelines
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance development processes and quality standards
Skills
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science
- 5 years of experience in Java
- 5 years of experience in Oracle PLSQL
- 5 years of experience in AWS Spring Boot
- Prior work experience in the Banking Financial industry
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
- Advanced proficiency in Spring Boot
- Advanced proficiency in Oracle Applications PLSQL
- Client Communication skills
