Smartsheet Project Tracking & Automation Consultant | Remote | Contract Walker Healthforce is seeking a Smartsheet Project Tracking & Automation Consultant with 6+ years of experience to design and implement Smartsheet-based project tracking solutions, workflow automation, dashboards, and Microsoft Teams integrations. This is a Contract opportunity. Start Date: ASAP Location: Remote Hours/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours Worker Type: W2 Core Requirements

• 6+ years of Smartsheet solution design and implementation experience
• Strong experience building Smartsheet dashboards, reports, portfolio views, and workflow automation
• Experience integrating multiple project workplans into centralized tracking
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate and Microsoft Teams automation
• Strong understanding of project management concepts including milestones, dependencies, RAID tracking, approvals, and reporting
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and rapidly iterate solutions with stakeholders

We Consider It A Bonus If You Also Have

• Smartsheet Certification
• Experience supporting PMO, enterprise transformation, or consulting initiatives
• Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and Power Automate expertise
• Experience developing governance and adoption processes
• Experience working directly with senior business stakeholders

Job Responsibilities

• Design and develop Smartsheet project tracking solutions
• Build dashboards, reports, and portfolio tracking views
• Integrate project workplans into a consolidated tracking environment
• Configure workflow automation for project activities
• Develop Microsoft Teams notifications using Power Automate
• Partner with project stakeholders to gather requirements and refine solutions
• Document solution architecture and support knowledge transfer
• Recommend enhancements to improve reporting and project visibility
